The look of winter came back year after year. At this time the skin becomes rough, dry, taut due to the cold wind. During the change of seasons, you have to give a little more time to take care of your skin. At this time many people’s legs and ankles are cracked. If left unmanaged, they can be left astray and lose the right path. What to do in foot care in winter-
Take lukewarm water and mix a few drops of shampoo and sandalwood oil in it. You can also give neem leaves. Sit with your feet dipped for a while. Rubbing the ankles and feet with pumice stone will remove the dead cells.
Mix hot water, lemon juice, salt, glycerin and rose water. Dip your feet and sit for 20 minutes.
You can also do foot scrubbing. Mix oatmeal, almond oil, sea salt, honey, rice powder and mint oil. Applying the mixture every day will keep the feet and ankles soft.
Mix castor oil, almond oil and olive oil and massage well before going to bed at night. Heat the wax on a low flame, dip the brush and apply it on the cracked part. When it is cold, wear cotton socks. Clean the ankle the next morning.
